Specifically he was able to design a dormer and internal support which all tied together and essentially fixed two issues with one design! Then to make things even better, he was able to communicate directly with my contractor and offer him multiple ways to address each issue - allowing my contractor to pick the most cost effective route. Steven has a unique blend of the ability to see the big picture, design really creative solutions, and at the same time not 'over-engineer' a solution which some others tend to do! If we ever need anything structural or architectural again we will be calling Steven!"
