His quotes were not the cheapest but were reasonable.
This was a foreclosure, and we were amateur renovators with no idea/experience of what it takes. We had him quote some additional work apart from the kitchen subfloor (install new front door, tile in kitchen etc), but at that time (unwisely) decided to go with another contractor on the front door & tile work since the other guy was available easily (brian's schedule was busier and we'd have to wait a bit) plus he bid lower. Regretted that decision since we are sure Brian's team would have delivered a quality job in the time promised with no drama like that other contractor.
Will surely contact Brian for any structural and home renovation work in the future (hopefully he will have time for us:)). His recommendation for master plumber was awesome as well. Overall excellent professional and his team really is technically sound.
