I contacted DRP to replace a facia board over my garage roof back in October. The owner promptly contacted me and provided me with a quote. He was honest and told me up front that he was busy with larger jobs but would work in my job as a filler. We exchanged some text messages but almost 2 months later I am still waiting. I respect the fact this Company is busy which is a good sign but contractors must remember that small jobs lead to bigger jobs. As I plan to have my wood siding replaced in the future this was a good test case.

All work was done in a professional manner with an eye for detail. At the end of each work day, he took the time to clean up any mess he made during the day. We would recommend he and his workers to anyone and will definitely hire him back again when the need arises.

He was thoroughly professional and delivered high-quality work. The subfloor was installed without any issues, and 2 years hence has held up to everything. His quotes were not the cheapest but were reasonable. This was a foreclosure, and we were amateur renovators with no idea/experience of what it takes. We had him quote some additional work apart from the kitchen subfloor (install new front door, tile in kitchen etc), but at that time (unwisely) decided to go with another contractor on the front door & tile work since the other guy was available easily (brian's schedule was busier and we'd have to wait a bit) plus he bid lower. Regretted that decision since we are sure Brian's team would have delivered a quality job in the time promised with no drama like that other contractor. Will surely contact Brian for any structural and home renovation work in the future (hopefully he will have time for us:)). His recommendation for master plumber was awesome as well. Overall excellent professional and his team really is technically sound.

Brian and Matt of DRP did an excellent job. They were not able to do the work immediately due to weather and scheduling conflicts, but Brian was very good about keeping me up to date with scheduling, which was greatly appreciated. It was refreshing to find a contractor that was willing to do so. When the work was done, it was done in a very professional manner. DRP went the extra mile and corrected some minor damage found after demo of the old fascia. My home was treated as if it was their own and the cleanup after the job was done was impeccable. I would not hesitate to use DRP in the future. It was a pleasure to find someone who would give me a complete job scope with the estimate, do the work they said they would at a fair price, keep me informed on scheduling, and show up on time. I've had several jobs done on the house in the last year, but this was by far the best experience with a contractor. Great job!!!

Great- Brian referred me to a roofer to repair my roof- repair has been done- we are very satisfied.

N/A. Apparently, he didn't want the job because he didn't follow up with a quote and I haven't heard from him since. I'm disappointed because I found him to be knowledgeable and helpful with ideas to make the project work. I don't plan on contacting him because we went with another contractor, who was prompt, helpful and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Our basement project will begin in a couple of weeks.

The DRP Crew was always on time, kept me well informed of the job, kept the work area clean, workmanship was spot on, pricing was competitive. All in all, the job went as planned, and the wall is perfect. We definitely will use DRP on any future construction type projects. This work was done at Peace Lutheran Church and School in Shelby Township.

We obtained 3 quotes for finish work on drywall and installation of ceiling. DRP's quote was competitive. Brian did an excellent job! The work was completed on time with good communication throughout the project. He was courteous, on time, and meticulous. Brian even told us to call him if we noticed any issues down the road (none found). We would definitely, highly recommend DRP.
