We found Harry at the worst possible time: our house had flooded and we had already signed with a contractor who drug us along for 6 months doing "mold remediation" and took all the profitable work from the insurance company and left us with a gutted house. Harry embraced our massive project quickly (full remodel, including 3 level, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, and an above garage addition). He kept to his word and met with us when scheduled, was flexible, and had good communication. Most importantly, he does high quality work and is a person who stands behind quality and his reputation. He would redo work he felt was poor quality. "They showed up early and asked if they could go ahead and get started.  They did my roof in one day.  They cleaned up extremely well.  They guaranteed their work.  Made sure all the nails were picked up.  Had put tarp all around the house.  Removed all lawn ornaments and put them all back when they are done.  Did all the extras not necessarily asked for - went the extra mile that we really appreciated.  Their crew was absolutely wonderful, cordial.  Any questions we had they answered.  Brian, the Sales Manager, came out everyday to keep watch.  The experience was fabulous.  The owner even came out to see how things were going.  They worked with our insurance company and went over the house with them.  It would be a wonderful world if all companies had this work ethic.  I recommended them to my neighbors and 3 of them hired them."
