They are all 5 star plumbers, who are honest, respectful, professional and especially reasonable. If I ever had to talk to the owner he always made me feel better and was understanding to all my needs."

"It was an amazing experience from my initial call to Affordable Water Heaters until they did my repair and left us very happy with hot water again. The gentleman that came to do the service was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything to us. Initially I called other companies for quotes and most of them did not want to give me even an estimate. On the other hand Affordable water heaters was very upfront quoting an estimate and even quoted prices to us for water heater replacement in case that was needed. In addition, I was told that they guaranteed the lowest price, so if anyone should quote me a lower price (which no one did) their company would match it. "The plumber responded to my request promptly and kept me informed as the when they would be to my home. They snaked out the kitchen sink drain which was totally blocked. They also told me about a pipe that was starting to leak, so I asked them to fix that too and they did. I told my girlfriend what a good job they did and she said she will call them when she has a plumbing job instead of her current plumber who was hard to get a hold of and you don't know when they're coming."

He found the shower and sink drains clogged, so I called Mr. Pipey at 3:00, set up an appointment, they showed up same day from a job location down the road, assessed the issue, and rocked out my drain issues in the bathroom. They got there at 5, out by 6 - all clear. Professional, easy to work with, tenant is happy, cost was very reasonable and fair. I will use them again now at my rental house locations."

"LP had the flood in 8/2020 & my basement wouldn't stop backing up for 4 weeks. I had 3 plumbers come and couldn't fix it, told me my backyard needed to be dug up, furnace needed to be moved. HA referred Bill, he immediately called on a Sunday, scheduled me for Monday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on Tues. Bill & his crew, were the best. After dealing with so many plumbers, I was very emotional & he was patient, kind & made sure I fully understood the problem & how they were going to fix it. It wasnt what all the other plumbers said, it was a broken pipe & I am glad he was a decent person not trying to take advantage of people in trouble. I really appreciate Bill and Louis, All Drains.
