"The owner clearly explained the process that would be followed to dig up a portion of the lawn for future planting. She made good recommendations for what needed to be done and the job was done in less than two days, as promised. The grass and crabgrass was dug up, removed and hauled way, compost was put down over the area, with a thick layer of mulch on top. I will contact her next year to have her company do more work for me."
