"The response time from the first inquiry was excellent. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, professional , friendly and knew exactly what I needed and wanted done on my gas fireplace. He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs, parts, a new fireplace, etc. to their fireplace. I have already scheduled my yearly inspection for 2024. Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. Ryan did a really great job on everything we needed done.  He was very nice and helpful. He worked hard and came back to finish up a couple of days later what he did not have to tools to complete on day one.  We would definitely hire him again!!
