EverDry gave me a small rebate, which covered the cost of repair, but I thought they should have paid for a new carpet to be installed, given the major damage they did. They were extremely expensive and I strongly recommended that others be extremely cautious about hiring them, making sure you understand exactly what they will do to your house to complete the job. "So I originally had an appointment for March of 2026 because of weather and they are booked. I understand now why. Monday morning I received a call from Forman Carter S and he said looks like he can get me done before winter. I was pleased and excited to get my porch fixed. So he came out the next day he had available. That morning he called me let me know he was on the way and made sure the timing would work because I had an appointment to go to. Since he called me that Monday communication was perfect had no issue getting a hold of him. They showed up we went over what he is going to do and how it was. He also took steps make sure that the lifting foam was going mess up my basement so he ensured that the foam would stay outside. He treated my house like his own. Before I left my 30 min appointment he texted me saying they were wrapping it up. It looked amazing. I want to thank Carter and Riley for their great work. They clean my porch and picked up everything before leaving."

"Salesman here 6 hrs. Quoted over $30lk got down to $25,500. Of course it was a good for today sign now price I had more estimates lined up but after 6 hrs and him acting like he was my husbands new bf and beer buddy he signed. Scheduled walkthrough- that was cancelled. Started work and had ?issues? that walk through would have found. Blew circuit breaker in workshop of basement, we now need an electrician bc even w replacing the circuit breaker w a new breaker it still turns off. Quotedi time length/ what they would be able to do by salesman- all wrong. Workers say it will be twice as long and what sales man said they could go around they can not. Workers are extremely polite and nice. Will update review when they are finished w work. Today 7/30 will be day 3. "
