I called this company to hire them to clean my home weekly. On the phone we scheduled an appointment for today, during the booking we were told we needed to pay up front for services. Not a problem at all, we were charged 168.00 and told someone would be arriving at 1:30 to clean the home. Nearly 2 hours later no one has shown up or called. I have called their number listed on Angie’s list to inquire as to if they are running late or not coming at all and need to reschedule. The customer service representative told me I needed to download their app (which during booking no one ever mentioned) to see if they were in fact still coming. I politely told the girl I did not want to create a login all I simply wanted to know was someone coming or not. She then told me three more times to download the app before admitting she couldn’t see any information regarding my appointment and would need to transfer me to customer service. Customer service is a voicemail box not a person. So now I am out 168.00, several hours of my time and the house still needs to be cleaned. Not exactly a handy company to do business with.

Equipment left lying around. 2 -guys putting on roof were not always supervised - did not repair problem just bandaid. Was not told not removing all shingles but put on over prev shingles. Overpaid for amount work done. 2yrs later still picking up roofing nails in yard. Left box of nails in driveway dumped in gravel thank goodness found before drove over.

I hired them to clean an apartment. It looked decent so I paid. (It seemed pretty clean to start with.) After I had other crews come in to work we realized everything was only partially cleaned. They offered to re-do the vacuuming but we kept finding new areas that were dirty. Everything needed to be re-done but we didn't realize that until we were further into the next work. Also, because that work had already begun and equipment and drop-cloths were on site, re-doing it wouldn't work. Really, they had one chance to get it right and they blew it. They didn't care that their solution couldn't help me. MM should've offered me a refund, but all they said was "maybe some sort of discount on future work."
