John reached out to us with phone call and a text. When I called him back he answered and we talked about cost and arranged time which he was able to schedule the next day. He arrived on time and did a great job,, doing what we asked for and more. Will have him come back in the Spring. Appreciated that he took time to visit too.

John was so nice and friendly and did a wonderful job! He went above an beyond and even cleaned all of my filthy mirrors and glass tables! He responded quickly and was able to squeeze me in after another project. I would recommend him to anyone who needed windows done!

I really liked John, he is a very nice and personable man. Responded quickly to my phone calls, worked with me to find a suitable day in December to clean windows. He did a little extra work on my leaf packed roof valleys, showing initiative. I will hire him again.

Little much on price

John Scarlett is great! He is friendly and personable and did a great job on my windows. I live in the country, and my windows get very filthy dirty with dust, bugs, cottonwood fluff in the screens, cobwebs, tree frogs crawling on them and leaving trails--plus we have a dog and outdoor cats so we have nose prints too.. John cleaned the windows and screens so sparkling clean it is like there is no glass there!! And he did the work quickly. I am VERY pleased with his work and look forward to hiring his services on a regular basis. His charges are more than reasonable for the excellent service he provides.

Friendly professional service

This was window washing... John washed all my windows inside and outside, never been so clean, and he did the tracks where windows slide. He even offered to do all my mirrors. He arrived when he said he would and worked nonstop until he was done. I am very happy with this company!

He arrived on time and did an excellent job; the windows look great. The reason I will not recommend him is we agreed on a price on the phone. I told him how many windows, and that they still had some stickers that needed to be removed. When he was finished, he wanted $20 more because he had to scrape off the stickers even though this was discussed and a price was agreed upon in advance

John did an excellent job on my windows & was prompt & extremely courteous. He even cleaned the mirrors in my 1/2 baths - LOL. John wiped all the ledges clean & even dusted the area above my paladium windows. I've asked him to call me in the spring to get me on his schedule. Thank You John for a job well done.
