They cleaned around things. The first charge was $300.00 and I felt like they were doing me a favor. A crew of 3 would show up vacuum, half mop and sweep the floors, speed clean leaving dust (always in a hurry). They are very good at telling what they will not do. At $190, 000 I have decided to spend my money on someone else.

Quality of work is variable depending on who shows up. I was told they would clean everything every time but in reality they miss a lot.

Cleaning was just ok. Did not clean inside of oven. Microwave surface (above stove) was not cleaned at all. There was old grease etc. on front of microwave that I removed easily with windex. Master bathroom plantation shutter not cleaned. Other wood blinds were dusted but remained dirty. Bathtubs were not scrubbed. Bathroom sinks and faucets were still soiled after cleaning In summary, I could go on, but I would not hire again

Lowest cost service that we have tried a couple of time but have stopped using them both times because cleaning has been inconsistent. Large rooms have been forgotten. Bathrooms cleaned poorly.

The housekeepers were wonderful. I had the same women all that time. When they came to clean I would take my little dog and leave for a fun day. When I returned my home was neat and clean and the kitchen and baths were sanitized. Ahhhh. Nicest people in the world. Never a problem.

I've used this service for about the past eight months, utilizing a regular visitation schedule. One visit / month. I requested afternoon visits which I can accommodate, since I work from home.
Never, have the cleaning team showed up at the same time month over month. Also, I request a 30 minute heads up from the team before they show up to my house. That rarely happens, and that is frustrating. I still have appointments, and clients to see during the day, so a little heads up in appreciated.
Also, I've felt the cleaning team (2 people) have become a bit relaxed in their cleaning methods month over month. So I left a few and quot;testsand quot; to see if they would be cleaned properly (paper on the floor, smudge on the window, etc) and that test they have now failed four months running. I know that's childish in a way, but hey, I have to know, right?
I should / will probably just cancel the service and look for someone else. To be very honest, one hour a week, I can do the same job just as easily. Especially for the price!
Any better deals out there for solid work crews, who quickly get the job done well?

Had them for almost 2 years and terminated their services last year. Seems the team comes for cleaning are contacted through Molly Maid management. Cleaning performance and professionalism varies with the team that comes for cleaning. When unsupervised they always miss a lot of spots and do sub-par cleaning. Therefore we made sure that someone is at home when they come for cleaning. Still we had to ask them to come back to cover missed regions a few times. The manager's (Caren) response is always rude when contacting her to complain about sub-par cleaning.

They have not been doing that great a job so I am looking for other maid services. I have stopped using them. I live in a standalone condo which is not large at all. They are punctual but their services are not completely to my liking. I met one of their crew members in the house yesterday because usually I am not in the house when they come. They are very professional and friendly.

They were okay. My dad had to come back and clean after them. I expected professional cleaning. it's just asking my sister to clean my house for me and she probably would have done a better job. I expected more equipment.

Truth is, Maria and team were always very friendly, professional, and cleaned well. My dog even loved Maria. I always tipped very well, and appreciated what they did.
Unfortunately, my husband passed away on Christmas and I got a few months behind on my bill (for one cleaning). I called and spoke to a man to let him know this would happen. He was very friendly and kind. When I called to start the service back up again, Pat the manager couldn't have been more cold. I reminded her my husband unexpectedly passed away on Christmas. She stated she knew about that. Her rudeness almost had me in tears. I've found another cleaning company.

They do a fine job. I would use them again in the future.

They are pretty good. They are above average. They are on time and do a thorough job. We have used them for 5+ years.

We've used them for several years and I like them. They've been very dependable. I get the same people every time. They're nice people and they do a good job. They're very thorough. The whole seems to run very smoothly.

They did a good job and everything was just fine. I left them a check under the doormat and they came the day they said they were going to come. I would use them again.

The cleaning was fine -- not fantastic, but really fine. The team was reliable in terms of being there when they said they would, etc. The problem was that three different times, things went wrong. Once, they apparently used a bleach cleaner near a new set of towels, which were discolored by the bleach. Once, I left a note that we would be out of town for a few days and to therefore make sure to empty the kitchen garbage. Not only was the kitchen garbage still full (and stinky) when we returned (annoying, but not such a big deal), but they had left a dirty pot full of water (which had been in the sink when I left) on the kitchen counter. The counter is wood, and it stains if water sits on it for too long (dumb material for a counter, I know, but it was there when we bought the house). So when we got back home, and put the pot into the sink, there was a big water stain on the counter top. And then third, apparently they used something too abrasive in cleaning a porcelein bathroom sink, because it got scratched.

For the first one of these incidents, I told the office about it, and also mentioned it to the two (very nice) women who were doing the cleaning, just to ask them to be sure not to use bleach where it might harm anything. Molly Maids didn't offer any kind of money or other way to make it up, and I didn't ask; it wasn't that big a deal. For the second, I was pretty upset, actually. I mentioned it to the office manager, and told her I was going to try to solve the water stain, but I wasn't sure how that would work. I have tried a few things since, and have failed -- I think it probably needs to be sanded and refinished, which is going to be pretty expensive. They never followed up with me. The scratches on the sink were the last straw; I called to cancel the service, and explained the reason. The manager I spoke to told me she'd discuss the issues with the owner, and get back to me about what they could do to make things right, but I never heard a word back. (They did mail me the house key promptly).

As described above, the quality of the cleanings started to go down after about six months (every other week cleaning) and we needed to complain to get things fixed and back on track about every six to nine months. After my toothbrush got sabotaged on the final fix of a bad job, we ended our relationship. This could be a good service if the owner had a clue how to manage her employees. A little supervision goes a long way, but that was too much to ask of this owner-operator.

Prompt and professional service. The quality of the housecleaning was adequate but not spectacular. Overall I was satisfied and would use them again, but I would also consider other options.

I hired Molly Maid to clean my main areas to help me manage having long-term house guests. I was happy to pay them as I think they did a decent job but was not blown away--some smaller areas like the dish drain, a spot on the floor, etc were overlooked. I was thinking of hiring them on a regular basis, but decided against it.

They did a good job getting things clean, however they did not arrive at a predictable time and they would always leave the pictures crooked. Eventually I asked them not to return as they broke several precious items over the years.

I've been using this service for approximately 12 years. The maid service has never missed a scheduled cleaning. The team of maids I have is consistently excellent and friendly. I am very happy with them.

They don’t come at the same time all the time. They have been pretty responsive. I had a couple of concerns and they responded to them right away.

They do a good job with the cleaning, but it is sometimes difficult to communicate because not very many of them speak English. I feel that the pricing is reasonable and that the service is good. There are just some issues with punctuality as well as communication.
