My wife and I had just bought the house and have a young family, so finding out we had a serious water issue was pretty stressful. The same day I contacted Ben, he came out that evening and spent a couple hours going through the existing system with me. He tested everything, showed me where it had failed, and went through different options. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something. He genuinely took the time to figure out what was wrong and gave me confidence that it could be fixed. It ended up being a complex project. Ben rebuilt the retaining wall and stairs, added a new paver landing, and installed a completely new French drain system with a sump basin and pump to move water away from the walkout.
