"My damaged wall was rebuilt. The damaged wall was removed. I am very much satisfied with the job. In fact, blocks from the ‘old wall’ were salvaged, because they had a unique style [that is not readily available] A quote from another contractor stated that I would have to accept a rebuilt wall with only standard blocks, no stylized blocks☹️ The work done by Primo Contracting exceeded my expectations."

"John Gorie was extremely knowledgeable about glass replacement. He was able to successfully work around a few problems he encountered with the removal of the cracked glass (1992 version), and I'm sure it took longer than expected. I was impressed with how carefully he worked (alone, no less), that he cleaned up once work was finished, and I appreciated his keeping me informed of the process both by text and in person. He also worked hard to give me a decent price for the job (and I apologize for my barking dog!) Once the final caulking is done, the door (with the new glass) will look amazing. Thanks, John!"

"Ken did a Great Job. I challenged him with a tough shower glass door install and he tackled the job with complete success. Thank you Ken and Clear Slate glass and mirror!"

"Bill came to my house 15 minutes after I called. He was very professional and courteous. He had to order the glass and had it replaced a day later. Any future glass work will be with Insta I Glass!"

"This was a small but difficult job requiring knowledge and experience. We were concerned with entrusting it to just anyone. Sean was unphased with its complexities and willing to take it on at a fair price. It took longer than expected for him to work through his backlog and get to us (about three months) The work involved moving large, heavy pieces connected with demolishing the remains of the old wall, plus some very hot days and a change by us to wider blocks. The agreed price was honored and the workmanship outstanding

"The service was great, very courteous service. The worked quickly, and promtly came out for a few service issues, one of the windows cracked. They are about to get another service call however, because our garden window, and the locking mechanisms have a small amount of rust on them. The garden window has rust throughout the frame. No steaming that would indicate leakes in our gas windows, But you can see the rust. One of the windows is hard to open and close too. Probably would investigate fiber glass rather than vinal. Maybe worth the extra cost."
