We just had a service call and they sent "Tammy". She was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and professional. She is the best repair rep we've ever had in our home. Could not be farther from the truth. Initial installation had many mishaps, broken/scratched windows, a wrong size window, missing screens, scratches, dents damage… we were annoyed but assured everything would be made perfect in no time. It’s been almost a year since and they have been out here DOZENS of times with only one thing to fix or replace until I finally said “NO, just come when EVERYTHING is in so we can have a final walk through inspection” emails flew around apologizing that this was not “Pella standards” and they promised (5 people were on these emails” that the final time they came, everything would be perfect and good. So we wait and wait and finally get our install date and when the installers arrive they do not have all my windows? I even emailed service prior to, to make sure every window was inspected and was assured it was. THEY WERE MISSING AN ENTIRE SET OF WINDOWS and had no clue what was going on. No checklist of past damages, I THE CUSTOMER had to supply them the list. Then after making phone calls they blame it on a different department for dropping the ball? Oh! And I have a decorative window that is the old color because I was assured it would not stand out from rest and was really expensive to make custom shape. NO, it looks terrible! We would have coughed up the cash if we knew how bad. So I email upset at why I am having to project manage this job as a CHRONICALLY SICK PERSON and it’s crickets. No call to apologize. Nothing. The windows aren’t spectacular and we paid a small fortune doing our ENTIRE HOUSE AND GARAGE! Literally just a number, they say they care but they don’t. I will never use Pella again or recommend to anyone. They have no clue what’s going on and it makes for s VERY expensive disaster.

Awful, it took over 6 months to get the job completed. They kept sending over the wrong people to finish it. When the door was finished it does not seal properly. I found out that there is another customer with the same problem. It has been 3+ years and it still freezes up in the winter with ice on the door frame of slider adjacent to the fixed panel. No water on the glass so not a condensation problem. They can't seem to fix it and refuse to take it back. This is a fiberglass door wall. Over $4000.00! Awful product and service. I will never buy or recommend a Pella product ever!

Installation went well. Their scam was with financing. They had 1 year same as cash, but began the year when the account was opened, not when the work was done (weeks later). When I complained they said there was nothing they could do. Very dishonest.

Workers arrived on time. They were professional and efficient. They did a great job.

Salesperson excellent. Installers excellent. A bit of an issue with the scheduler regarding appointment set-up and need for a few things to be tweaked and repaired. They are pricey for sure, but you get what you paid for!

Work was fine. I was scammed in the financing. Opened a credit card with a one year 0%. Went to pay on month 11, and was told the time started when I made the appointment, not when the work was done. Wound up paying much more in interest. Was told by Pella that they couldn't do anything about it. Will never use this company again!

Well. Installation was straightforward. Installation crew was able to respond to one or two small last-minute requests from me. Pella Windows from a previous installation and the newer ones have held up well over time.
