"Keep scrolling! We hired this company to power wash, add lattice and stain our deck. The workmanship was sloppy and caused damage. The sprayer that was used for the job left stain everywhere! There was so much excess that my siding, back door and window seals had to be painted and my window screen replaced. Several opportunities were given for correction and there were some made but not all. each time he made a correction, it caused an additional issue that needed to be corrected. For example he had to paint the siding because stain was everywhere. The color he used is darker than my existing color. He dripped paint all over the deck. Then he had to sand and re-stain the areas of the deck to remove the paint, then re-stain. This job should've taken no more than a few days. The worker, Paul, was here Monday through the 4th of July holiday. Most of the time spent on Thursday and Friday was fixing problems, which again were not fully addressed. I asked Doug if he could please wait and let me be home before Paul came back to make the corrections, so I can show him all the areas that needed to be addressed and that did not happen. And that is why there are still a lot of issues left remaining. At some point, it was obvious that the corrections were causing more damage and we just asked that the job to be concluded. Even with that, we noticed that our downspout had been detached from the house and I had to call and ask to have them come and reattach it. It took a day and a half to get a response and two days for it to happen. I would absolutely not recommend this company for anything! They get one star because that's the lowest option available. I have plenty of pictures and text messages just in case there is some dispute an about the truth!"

He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. I will hire him for any of the items I need done at mom's or my house. Thanks Joe and crew."

"I contacted Mr Handyman from Angie's List around June 25th 2024. Mr Handy sent me a quote on June 26th for $3360 for 2men and 2days to complete the job of building a sunroom at my home. I excepted and scheduled a appointment for work to be done on July the 1st. Mr. Handyman called me on June the 28th to reschedule for July the 2 2024. They showed up on the 2nd worked 5 hours and come again on July 3 2024 worked for 8 hours. Job was still not completed. I called the company on July 8 2024 to find out about completed the job, I was told that someone would be out on July 10 2024 no one showed. I called the company around 9am on the 10th I was told that someone would be out to complete the job on July 11 2024. No one showed or called on July 11 2024. I called the company on July 12 2024 I spoke with the Owner and he said he would have someone out on July 15 2024 between 8-10am. The contractor came out on July 15 2024 worked 3 hours and told me that nothing could be done about the leak in the roof or the stripped door handle and missing screws. I called back to the company talked to the owner I offered to send photos of the job he refused to accepted. I have not talk to or received any call about rectifying to problem. I would like a refund of $1491 to hire another contractor. I do not trust this company to do the job correctly."
