420 Absolutely pathetic. Repaired dishwasher but the problem re-appeared. We were willing to pay again to repair it. Initially he kept giving us time/date and cancelling at the last minute. Finally he said find someone else !! Probably the most unprofessional repair person we have ever experienced.

"Brad of Artisan Pro Services came out and restored a post that was displaced on our front deck by a car backing up into it. The post had crashed onto our home damaging the vinyl as well as the post being off it's foundation and laying there. Brad was professional, fast and very very good. He went that extra mile to also replace a strip of aluminum siding on our home which was smashed, he was soo good. I put him into my phone contacts, I was so impressed. "Disappointing experience with this company. When I asked if they had experienced drywallers, I was told that everyone on the team had over ten years of experience. The team they sent clearly didn?t have the necessary skills. I specifically requested that I not be sent someone inexperienced, yet that?s exactly what happened. I ended up having to supervise the repair work and point out flaws that should?ve been obvious. Despite my feedback, the worker couldn?t fix the issues and claimed that I wouldn?t notice them once I painted. Additionally, when asked why he didn?t tape the three-inch hole repair, he responded saying it was too difficult to tape a circle. That was ridiculous ? it's just two pieces of tape to make a square over the circle. He also didn?t know how to feather out the repairs, leaving an uneven finishes. I contacted supervisor to express my concerns, and he promised to come out and inspect the work, he stood me up twice and then stopped responding to my calls and texts."
