Top Care Cleaning ServiceWhen I needed to use a walker after extensive surgery, Top Care Cleaning picked up our large wool, braided rugs, cleaned them beautifully, stored them, and delivered them when I was better. They have cleaned our windows and screens inside and outside four times and will do so again this fall. They have also power-washed our house. All of the employees have been professional, courteous, and exemplary. They are dedicated and more than willing to deal with any situation. They then came back when totally dried and stained it to a color that was mixed to what I had first time, two colors mixed together. Hand stained it no d sad praying . I have a upper and lower deck and lots of spindles Jason was also one of them staining, he is s very hard worker and He makes sure the job is top quality When he leaves. It took 3 days for them to respond, requesting me to call via email. The representative was then very clear on company policy / cost ... no free estimates and over $100 an hour for a single worker. The justification was that all their employees are licensed professionals ... but way too rich for me without the ability to get an estimate before hiring someone so expensive.
