We take pride in getting the job done correctly !

"Sal was great to work with. He let me know days he was going to be there, days he wouldn't, and roughly how long things would take. The whole build took about a month (a couple of days each week). I could tell he cared about doing good work. He bid the project in the spring and installed in late summer. Even with up and down building costs, he stayed on budget and didn't try to nickel and dime me as the project progressed."

Awnings questions, answered by experts

The average cost to build a pergola ranges from $2,200 to $6,400, whereas the average cost of an awning ranges from $1,400 to $4,400, meaning that an awning tends to be less expensive to build or install than a pergola. Ultimately, the less expensive option depends on a few factors, including size, quality of materials used, and location.

Stainless steel and copper are the most durable and will probably last the longest, especially when you compare them to fabric awnings. Steel is the most popular if your budget isn’t a top priority, but some people prefer copper awnings over steel because they are lighter, which makes them easier to install. Aluminum offers a more budget-friendly metal awning option that is still attractive and offers some durability, especially compared to fabric.

DIY is possible for small, pre-assembled awnings. Professional installation ensures proper mounting and durability.

Metal awnings are durable, low-maintenance, and provide shade and weather protection.

Yes, you can replace just the fabric on an awning without having to replace the entire awning frame and hardware. This process will take a professional about one to two hours. If you want to DIY, it could take longer, especially for large or retractable awnings. Replacing the fabric on an awning can improve the look of your home and help naturally cool your interior and exterior spaces.
