They cleaned up every day and when the job was finished they wouldnt leave until they knew that we were perfectly happy with what they had done. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. "Very easy to work with. Listened to what I wanted and kept within budget. Very knowledgeable of the products Trex carries. I talked to several other companies and received bids for the same product. Found out that Decks Unlimited was the subcontractor for one of the big box companies. I have a familiarity with residential construction, and unlike other companies, they didn't try to BS me. Again, unlike others, did not try to up sell me. L Very pleased with their work. They worked well within my HOA constraints. Just had an issue with clean up after the work was done, but I honestly believe it was because of weather, which put them behind schedule on other jobs. Who would have thought we would have rain and snow in the same week that late in the spring? I would highly recommend them."

"Sales person was misleading by promising the garage door opener to be functional after the install. Installers replaced the door on Friday and as the sales person did not indicate that a broken pulley needs to be replaced - they did not have the part with them. They promised to exchange the pulley and reconnect the door to the opener early next week leaving us without garage door opener over the weekend - with a door without external handle or lock - so pretty inconvenient after paying $540. Nobody called us on Monday and upon our complaints, we were told that the exchange of the pulley (a $7 part) would be a $150 service fee. I was considering having them drive out after I exchanged the pulley (an easy 3 minute repair) as the reconnect was explicitly part of the contract but as they insisted on the pulley repair being not part of the contract I told them to forget it. Overall a petty, unprofessional company that I would not recommend!"

I called Monday for an estimation; they came out Thursday for the estimation and the next day they completed my beautiful roof. I love my new roof. Mr. Napier, Brett and the whole crew were awesome, very professional, honest, careful during the project and thoughtful of my plants and neighbors. They cleaned up after the job. The price was very fair and competitive. I actually put full trust in them recommending the shingle roofing color to match my environment and I am truly happy with the result. I highly recommend Napier for any home improvement projects. I will always use them for my roofing, gutter and insulation needs."

"If there was a zero star I would leave it! The company took my money and my time with three different appointments and gave me nothing but a headache. After purchasing three large windows and the company taking my security deposit I received a call weeks later only to be told the company is not equipped to install the windows and does not have the equipment. I thought the name of the company was Toledo Door & WINDOW? Better change your name to Toledo Door and Maybe Windows. I would of thought a company that says they install windows would know on the first or second appointment if there company was established enough to take a job to install three windows but I guess not. Now after weeks of wasted time I'll wait for them to have to return my security deposit and have to start from scratch going into the winter months. NOT A GOOD LOOK TOLEDO DOOR AND WINDOWS"
