I'm so glad we hired Best Choice to do our roofing replacement project. John, the owner and Matthew his sales rep., were very hands on, reponsive and professional. My husband and I appreciated their attention to detail and how they made every effort to correct any concerns we had regarding installation. Let me also mention it was a pleasure to work with Adrian also who made sure everything was done right. Thank you all for a job well done. We highly recommend Best Choice. They are the Best Choice.

They really are 5 stars The workers they hire are dedicated to their work. They did a very nice job on my new roof.Everything was done perfect. Roy the salesman really likes his job,He informed me about every little detail,that was going on.From the time I hired them to completion of the work was only 5 days. Thats fast.This is not Mr. Roof or other huge company,they pay attention to making sure you get your house done right. Great experience

We had a tree fall on our house and damaged the front porch and roof...They fixed porch added new roof and installed new gutters...Detailed craftsmanship and thorough communication throughout the entire process. They came to do the Roof on my little house. Come to find out iy had 3 layers of Shingles and all the wood was wet and breaking into pieces so they ended up having to do a complete tare off incl. The old wood and replace Everything. What should have been a 3 hour job ended up being an 8 hour job. I apologized as I had no idea as i just bought the hpuse in July. They never complained and told me it was okay. Those 5 guys worked their tails off and never complained. I was so happy and relieved ti know I had selected the right company for the job. It didn't even cost me that much more which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely recommend them to family and neighbors. Roy, the Owner, is a kind, straight forward man and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so mich for All of your hard work and dedication.

The company was amazing at communication. They reached out the day I posted our job on Home Advisor and had a team member out to give us a quote in less than 24 hours. Throughout the experience they continued to communicate effectively and worked to install our roof even as we faced a neighborhood power outage. Well the company was out our neighbors were so impressed they also booked Best Total Home Improvement to replace their roof. I am very happy with their work and will be recommending them to everyone.

Job went well, looks great. During the finish walk around with job supervisor I stepped on nail. Watch the nails. Other than that great job.

My experience with Best Choice was excellent. Leon was very professional to work with. He was great at accommodating my requests for vinyl siding installation. I made a couple revisions to the scope of the project and he was pleasant in making these revisions and providing new cost estimates to me. He communicated regularly and scheduled the work within a week of my signing off on the project. Jamie and his experienced team worked very efficiently to complete the project in the time they projected. They were very pleasant to work with and did a very good job installing the siding, wrapping window and door trim and installing soffits. I would work with Best Choice for future projects.

Roy was very patience waiting for our decision and once we made it he went right to work. He set the crew up with the day of putting on the roof and came to inspect it after it was done. The crew was very professional. Roy kept us completely informed about everything including financing.
