"went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"

"We hired Chris and his team not knowing anything at all about them. It ended up being the perfect fit for us. They completely finished our basement while adding a bedroom down there. Pulled out drop down ceiling. Put up drywall on the ceiling and bedroom walls, carpet, new doors, all new lighting, added outlets and switches, laminate put down in the bathroom, put primer on the new drywall to prep it for painting later, and put new trim throughout. They worked everyday until it was done even weekends by request, the price cannot be beat by anyone in or out of town, and most importantly they are genuinely nice guys that were just as excited about our project, our ideas, and seeing it all come to completion. "The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"Job included minor drywall repair in kitchen soffit and to a lace ceiling, and painting of repairs (and two extra rooms and trim), and our entryway wall and trim as well as the stairway walls and trim (to the top of the stairs). The drywall repairs were seamlessly done, and the painting of the repairs and spraying of lace ceiling very good. We know that lace ceiling repairs are hard to match, but these are nearly flawless match. The painting of the other rooms (dining and parlor), were completed with the same professionalism, quality, and care for my property as the repairs in the kitchen. Mario was quick to respond to questions and very responsive with changes made at the last minute. The job took 3 days. I highly recommend Reyes Painting to everyone reading this review. I am very critical of work I pay for, and Reyes delivered."
