"We hired Chris and his team not knowing anything at all about them. It ended up being the perfect fit for us. They completely finished our basement while adding a bedroom down there. Pulled out drop down ceiling. Put up drywall on the ceiling and bedroom walls, carpet, new doors, all new lighting, added outlets and switches, laminate put down in the bathroom, put primer on the new drywall to prep it for painting later, and put new trim throughout. They worked everyday until it was done even weekends by request, the price cannot be beat by anyone in or out of town, and most importantly they are genuinely nice guys that were just as excited about our project, our ideas, and seeing it all come to completion. "The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
