"Excellent service which provided outstanding results. Computer was running so slow my wife wanted me to buy another computer. Using Angies List I was able to find this company who I called right away. I made arrangements to drop off my laptop on Friday night and was able to pick it back up Sunday afternoon. Took it home and it runs just like the day i bought it. James loaded virus protection software which works better than the software I bought. Very goodexperience, i will use him again.

I had to get replacement sensor magnets as windows had thin frames and the customer service was able to substitute a magnet with small form factor. Only reason for B on cost is that for $34.95/month could have included at least security status verification ( locked or not) through web or phone app. The security status as well as remote lock/unlock is available only for $44.95/month"
