"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "They answered every question I asked about the quality of the windows and the installation time. As they put in the new Windows, they continued to answer my new questions about the installation. My attic windows were useless; when replaced they put in foam insulation around them and even framed them in from the inside. They look fantastic and I could immediately feel the difference in the attic temperature. The living room windows were doubled panes but they leaked; even though it has rained several times since, they are unbelievable clear. No more moisture between the panes. They worked with the budget I gave them and explained the difference in pricing with the difference in windows; casement vs sliders vs double-hung. This way I was able to replace all my windows and did not go over budget. Best thing ever - no more painting the trim on my windows!"
