"After a severe wind storm that ripped off roof shingles which allowed rain into my kitchen, a friend referred me to Nyboer Builders. Jay, the owner, came to assess the situation and counseled us on different ways to tackle the issue. He also came several times to oversee and make sure things were going right once the project was in progress. In the beginning, as the demolish unfolded, they found an area that was previously done improperly and wasn't to code. Knowing it was a hazard to our family, he made sure to call in a structural engineer to fix the framing and roofing matter. He kindly worked with us since the insurance company wouldn't cover it due to it being a skylight issue where the former owner cut trusses. It was an unexpected additional $1200 and with our large family, he was willing to do a payment plan. No fault to the Nyboer Builders Company this part of the project extended the length of the project, which bumped our date to getting things done. However, Nyboer Builders returned immediately to finish the project and did a superb job. All my neighbors thought we were remodeling and came to peek in. Everyone of them (6) were impressed with the kitchen ceiling remodel and the paint job that was done.

INCLUDING, using Thieves Oil (Equivalent of DoTerra's OnGuard) in their steam cleaning! Also, just because they saw something that needed fixing, they fixed it for me, for free! Although some dust was left in areas, we have seen a dramatic improvement in the health of our youngest. This is a company that I will never hesitate to recommend, so thankful to have found them.
