69 We paid a lot of money for an awful landscape job. They did not prepare the ground with adequate amounts of dirt we paid for. You can't even put a shovel in the flower beds before you hit rocks and clay. Many of the plants have died. They came back and dug up all the plants and put fresh dirt...
