Ryan and Antonio removed an old tent-like grill cover and hauled the pieces away. They checked to see if the placement was to our liking before they started. The entire process took 2 hours. Ryan explained all the parts, how to use the remote and care and maintenance. Love the fabric we chose and how much cooler our patio is. We get direct sunlight all afternoon into the evening. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how it looks."

"Bill at Golden Needle gave us a time frame to order the replacement arms for our retractable awning and schedule installation.. We were happy he was able to fit it in that time frame. Bill was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Cory came to install the arms and adjust the awning. He could not have done a more excellent and thorough installation. He was so mannerly and friendly. Cory explained in detail what he did, told us what to do for maintenance and asked if we had any questions. He was a diligent worker with high morals. My husband asked if he would be interested in checking out some work for our neighbor and Cory said â I donâ t do side jobs, I only do jobs for the company I work forâ . I’m 36 year old, have been doing mainly industrial maintenance the past 6 years or so. Love fixing and putting together all kinds of different things. Not as experienced with home improvements but I have done my fair share, and am never afraid to take on a challenge. I can say that no matter what you throw at me, I will find a way to complete the job and make sure the customer is satisfied.

"We are very pleased with how the process went from initial consultation through the completion of the work. They started the job about 5 1/2 weeks after we hired them which was a little sooner than the original estimate. The workers arrived daily between 8-8:30 and worked until around 5pm. We had wood siding that had spots that were rotting. They removed the old siding and gutters, installed new insulation and wrap, and replaced with new vinyl siding, aluminum trim, and new gutters. It took three guys eight days to complete the siding/trim job, and the gutter guys finished in one day. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves every day, although we did find a few nails and bits and pieces of aluminum trim on our patio and in the grass in the days following the completion of the work."

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"Seemed professional and well prepared with structural questions and concerns. Price was about 30 percent more than a price I was given last summer by another contractor we have used and liked. He wasn't available. A 35-40 thousand dollar addition seems to add about half the cost in value to home. My research indicates it takes a few years to capture that value. Patio work would also be required. More cost. A lot to consider, since we won't be here long term. Haven't 100 percent ruled it out. It's a budget issue."
