"My experience with Patrick can be summarized as thorough, detailed, and honest from start to finish. From my first phone call with him, it was clear that Patrick truly had my best interest at heart. He explained the entire inspection process, including how long we would be at the home and what he would and would not review during the inspection. Patrick even took the time to pull up the property online while we were on the phone to advise me on his concerns and some additional services to consider before buying the home; no other inspector we called put forth this effort. Upon arriving at the home, Patrick quickly set up shop. On the kitchen counter, he immediately laid out his tools, radon detector, and the snacks he was kind enough to bring for us. "Darrul did an amazing job with the home inspection. I arrived at the house 5 minutes early and he was already there waiting for me. The house is roughly 1300 sq feet and Darrul was there for a little over 3 hours. The report was sent to me an hour after the inspection was completed. The report was available in pdf format with linkable sections. At the end of the report was a summary with everything that Darrul found to be a concern or possible issue. It contained explanations of what is required to be inspected by the home inspector and what not is required to be inspected by the home inspector. It contained plenty of pictures and explanations of possible concerns or things that will need to be repaired or replaced. Darrul also did a great job of explaining different things in the house and answered any questions regarding improvement/renovation ideas. Based off of my experience I will recommend him to any friends and family."

He came out here the next day and gave me a free estimate as to what needed to be done and how much it would cost...We agreed on a figure and set up an appointment to have it resolved... The technicians showed up and were very friendly and professional....They laid down floor covering so that they wouldn't track anything in on the floor and sealed off the room leading to the attic....The process was performed in a timely manner and they cleaned everything up behind themselves.
