We have about 40 employees. Our installers are employees; NOT subcontractors. We provide a premium no questions asked, no charge lifetime warranty to the original purchaser on all products we install. We make our products in 7 different interior and 8 different exterior color combinations, including real wood-look interiors. Family owned and operated. DBA: Ajax Window Corporation.

"just now I had Polar Seal Windows installed in November 2019. In January 2019, I had my first leak and in February I had my second leak- water pouring in from the top. The installer came in put up a temporary fix of mounting a sheet of aluminum as an overhang. He’s not returning my phone calls or visits. When I emailed Polar Seal they it off and seemed unconcerned and unreliable. Even though the windows are not even six months old, they seem to say the temporary overhang was sufficient to stop the water from coming in the window, so that was the remedy. Obviously they’ve never heard of the legal term “fit for a particular purpose.” The legal world believes that when a consumer buys a product, the product needs to be fit for a particular purpose. When I bought these windows, I assumed that they were fit to keep water from coming into my house without an aluminum overhang. I’ve had multiple homes with multiple homes with multiple windows installed and I have never ever heard of anything so ridiculous. This is a crappy company that does not stand behind their product. Go Anywhere else- I wish did!!"

Ray was confident in the work that he was doing but yet very approachable and answered all of questions and concerns appropriately. The team had a good sense of humor and made me feel comfortable, having them in my home when I wasn't there wasn't a problem. "Quite well. Guilford arrived on time and work progressed efficiently. I could see the quality of the materials was better than my old gutters.They hand fitted the guards which may have taken a little longer but the result was worth it.The only thing getting thru those guards is water.They completed the work in less than a day.I was very pleased with having worked with Adam Guilford as he clearly knew his product and process.I give these guys high marks in every area and would not hesitate to work with them again.I felt the cost of the job was appropriate."

"As far as the crew showing up and working no issues there. As far as the quality of work, poor. 3 yr old concrete and its already starting to chip up, so Todd received some inferior mix from the concrete supplier. Forms used were not a true 4" inch depth they were standard 2x4 which is actually only 3.5 wide board which causes stability issues. Saw cuts were to deep and sections of drive are falling away from each other. We already have some sections of driveway heaving up. I would not recommend the company."
