You can stop looking right now. You won't find a more professional, skilled, efficient, focused, hard-working painting team than Ryan and Trudy. They care about their work and it shows. They did out decks this summer and just finished painting most of the interior of our house. We couldn't be more pleased with the results - they did an excellent job (and we're pretty darn picky). Plus, they listen, they follow through, they're meticulous about cleaning up every day, and they're prompt and kind. We already have them booked for two more projects next year.

Ryan and Trudy scraped and power washed the deck then returned and scraped the deck again. They then applied by brush two coats of Sherwin-Williams Super Deck. Trudy (Ryan's wife) recommended a different tint to complement the siding. When completed our 30 plus deck looked brand new with a better color. Best paint restoration ever!

My house looks amazing now. I had a requirement for a specialized paint for a portion of my house and Greater Lansing Paint Company was able to accommodate that request. In addition, I requested a quote toward the end of spring, after their summer schedule was already packed. Even before submitting the quote, Ryan let me know it would be a few months before they would get to me in case I was unwilling to wait. I waited and it was well worth the way. The house looks great. My neighborhood acoustics are such that you can hear conversations from far down the street and I can tell you that I am not the only one in the neighborhood that thinks the house looks like new again. Ryan and Trudy just finished painting the exterior of our house and they did a fantastic job. They work hard, take great pride in what they do and do a very professional job. They made our house look almost like new! We have used them in the past for powerwashing and staining our deck and for interior painting and have always been very pleased with their work and I am sure we will use them in the future. By FAR the best painters I have hired in over 30 years as a homeowner. Very skilled, professional, paying great attention to detail and deftly fixing issues left by previous painters. GLPC is a small family business of only three people (Ryan, Trudy and Chase), which means when you get a bid for the job, those same people do the work. Extremely pleasant group to have in one's home. My most recent job was 5 rooms in a newly purchased home. I had also hired them a few years back to paint exterior of my previous home and re-stain the deck. Beautiful work in all cases. Moreover, the bids were lower than others. Better work, lower cost, great people. Can't beat that!

We were extremely pleased with the work done by Greater Lansing Paint Company. Ryan was professional and prompt with the initial visit to go over the exterior of our home with us, and his estimate was reasonable. The communication was great via email/phone to schedule time and eventual dates to do the painting. Lots of attention paid to details - thorough power washing, replacing boards when needed, caulking, and even dealing with wasp nest. Two coats of high quality paint were applied by brush and roller. The crew of Ryan, Trudy, and Chase made this whole process comfortable and enjoyable while working efficiently and on time. Excellent. Owner and his crew were pleasant and very easy to work with. They made my family including my puppies feel comfortable while working in our home.

The team by far and away went above and beyond. They assisted with furniture moving both on the front and back end. They helped with color selection and were very accommodating on finishing the work before the deadline. On top of it all Ryan, Trudy and Chase worked around us as both of us work from home. This is the fourth project that Greater Lansing Paint Company has completed for us. Ryan has earned our trust over the years and is our go to for all painting and deck staining at our home. He is honest, responsive, and the team does high quality work. For some of the early projects, I got multiple bids and Ryan's price was always reasonable. Now I just get a bid for budgeting purposes as I know it will be a fair price for the work completed. The latest project took 5 days to complete and included patch work as well as painting the walls, trim, doors and ceiling. I was indecisive about paint color and Trudy & Ryan worked with me to narrow down my choices. They were also able to accommodate a last minute decision to paint the cabinets on one of my bathrooms. As always, I am thrilled with the results.

We hired them to paint the entire interior of our condo and we could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. Even though the last review for Ryan and his crew was left in 2017, you can rest assured that they have maintained their high rating to this day. They just completed and exterior paint job for me last week and I cannot adequately express how impressed I was with their work and their interactions with me. Ryan and his crew were very patient while I peppered with them questions almost daily while they were here. They were friendly and worked with us while deciding if certain sections of the house should be painted the main color or the trim color. They painted two coats of a high quality exterior paint that looks very durable and long lasting. Lastly, every interaction I had with them left me with the impression that they were treating my house as if it were their own. The work they put in was driven by this pride in their work and informed by their experience in painting houses with a similar exterior look. It also didn't hurt that they were the lowest of the three quotes I obtained for this work. Some of the neighbors were also impressed.
