They said that while they were at it that they would replace the siding behind my grill as it was slightly bubbled. I'm not sure if they forgot or ran out of time but it was not done. Otherwise it went fine."

He came and gave a verbal quote and wanted to start work the next day, but I needed to think about it. He said he wouldn't be available for 10 days after that. So then he texted the bid but I wanted an email so he did that. Said he had insurance but I have not seen it. I verbally told him I would get the work done, but he wanted to come out in person before he went over the material list so I could order them. He booked and cancelled, then booked again and cancelled. I decided not to go ahead due to the cancellations and lack of work on the materials I needed to order....since I had already had the old patio removed since I verbally agreed to his bid. But I could not delay any longer on ordering material and decided to hire someone else. I also didn't like the use of text for the bid and most of his contacts. His prices were very reasonable. Not sure if I would consider him again."
