OK. On the phone call to order the wood they indicated one week for delivery. But they did eventually call and deliver the wood as promised. I was satisfied.

The young man showed up on time, was polite as could be and had it done in less than an hour. I will be using them again.

After 12 hours of cutting and stump grinding, the job was complete. Upon my request, they cut several limbs down to 2 foot logs for firewood and left wood chips along with the ground stump pile. A few weeks later, I had the stump pile removed since there was too much dirt mixed with the wood chips for me to handle or do anything with. In hindsight, I would have had that removed the same day when the equipment was in place and to avoid an additional fee. Very pleased with the company and crew. Except for a minor dent on the gutter, a few shifted patio pavers and various divots in the lawn, it was handled very well. Those are considered minor issues compared to the huge project at hand.

Cut down, removed and stumped a total of 3 trees. They provided a competitive quote in a timely manner. Once I called to authorize them to proceed their crews arrived, cut down, removed, stumped and cleaned up the remains of three trees. A week after the area settled I noted a couple of large roots just below the old root ball area. Called Joshua they came by the next day to address the issue. No question, issue or objections. They did a great job.

Owner and two crew members arrived and got right to work. They worked very neatly and quickly and did everything I asked. What a great company. Would highly recommend!!!

Received multiple estimates from Angie's List providers, but decided to go with Joshua's tree service because of their public profession of faith on their website (I am a clergy member, and that is important to me). Let me just say that the entire experience, from estimate to clean up was EXCELLENT. These folks really do "walk the talk"! I found the owner (Mitch) and his wife (Paula) to be VERY caring. Their estimate was better than fair, and the speed and efficiency of their employees was SUPERB. VERY clean work, which included removing the large tree, grinding the stump, and removing the chips from the site. He even leveled the dirt and seeded the site with extra grass seed he had on the truck, and he wasn't asked to do it! They were very punctual as well, from the initial estimate appointment to the day of the actual work. I really cannot say enough good things about these folks; the entire experience was that good. Price = A, Quality = A, Punctuality = A, Terms of Service = A, Professionalism = A. And, most important to my wife and me, "A Heart to Go Out of Their Way to Help Others" = A. I wouldn't hesitate to call Mitch and Paula for future service, and I would recommend them to anyone that values quality work at a fair price by folks that truly care for others.

My experience with them was fine. They were very good, prompt and efficient. They knew what they were doing.

I have used this service for tree and brush removal, several years. This is the first year I had other work, as described, done. They are professional, knowledgeable and do a good job. The front and back yard looked great when they were done. They always come out, within a couple of days, to give quotes, and work done within a week. Many of the guys who do the work, as well as the man who gives estimate and oversees some of work, are same faces I have seen in previous years. To me, this is a good sign. Because it was a very hot day, when they came out to do work, and I knew they would be working for quite a few hours, I had gatorade and water for the workers. They thanked me, several times, and were appreciative of this. Nice people who know what they are doing.
