He was able to help us finance most of the project. We picked out the colors of the siding and trim. He had several samples of the materials. He told us they may be able to squeeze us in in October but it may not be until December before they could get to us. They called us on a Thursday and told us to be ready for them on Monday. It took them 7 work days to finish the job. Half a day was lost to rain. We gave them a code to get into the garage to work. The house looks amazing. They even left us a sample of each material they used for color matching paint and such and 2 tubes of the caulk they used. I would definately hire them again."

I verbally told him I would get the work done, but he wanted to come out in person before he went over the material list so I could order them. He booked and cancelled, then booked again and cancelled. I decided not to go ahead due to the cancellations and lack of work on the materials I needed to order....since I had already had the old patio removed since I verbally agreed to his bid. But I could not delay any longer on ordering material and decided to hire someone else. I also didn't like the use of text for the bid and most of his contacts. His prices were very reasonable. Not sure if I would consider him again."
