184 Frook plumbing replaced our shower head and faucet in our master bathroom due to poor water pressure. The next day when I turned the shower off the water continued to drip down in a fairly steady stream until it eventually stopped. I called to tell them and they said it's from the pressure...
They replaced the water supply connector, but didn’t bother to run the dishwasher when done to verify the repair. Turned out there was a hole in the bottom of the pan/tub, and the dishwasher needed to be replaced. I did that installation myself.

"This was a bathroom replacement. I could not select that from the menu here. The quality of workmanship was quite poor for the price. I complained to the company and they sent someone to look at the work. He agreed that it was not up to their standards. I let them know I didn't want it redone and have my only bathroom out of comission for several days. What I would like was a refund. Nothing happened. I was not followed up with despite multiple calls to Lindsey. I've felt too dumb for paying $11,000 for this shoddy job to post this review. I hope this is helpful to others who are making decisions. This space is not large enough to list all of my complaints or all of the photos. Please see my google review."
