"Jerrod and his crew did an excellent job on our home addition and front porch. He was good with communication throughout the process. I felt completely fine with them working on our project while we were at work. They were respectful and cleaned up daily during the work. Jerrod was also open to changes and questions. I would recommend them to family and friends. The payment schedule was appropriate, too. We just made the final payment on completion and we would consider having him do future projects for us."

"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"Everything went great, he quoted quickly with reasonable pricing. He was able to start the project that next week, asked a lot of questions so he made sure to understand exactly what we needed. He finished in a reasonable tone frame and cleaned up nicely. We are very happy with end result!"

"Bryan went over the possible designs for the addition to our existing home.? He helped us make a decision on?what we wanted our kitchen to look like.? He helped us choose the type of cabinets and countertops, lighting, siding and brick work?we wanted to use.? He discussed with us in detail how the addition would be added to our home.? During construction they protected the home from construction dust with plastic covering.? He provided us with a detailed schedule.?The addition turned out?just as?we hoped it would.? We enjoy entertaining our family and friends during the holidays in our kitchen and dining room.?His company kept the schedule as well the workers?were courteous and?reliable.? If we need any further work on our home we will most certainly?will contact Bryan?and recommend him to family and friends."
Jewel construction gutted two existing bathrooms Dow to the studs and plumbed the complete back section of the home with new waste lines and supply lines. Continued to do the same with electrical and heating and cooling.. After all tough work was completed we boarded the room and finished it with beautiful wains coating tile and rain heads and steam generator in the shower.

"

05/29/14 Mike was on time and did a superb job, carefully caulking 17 windows and doors. He made some minor siding repairs that were not part of his original quote and showed me some places we could have some work done to preserve our siding (which is at least 30 years old). I asked for an extra quote for that and I have scheduled the siding work for mid-June 2014. The quality of the work was exceptional, just like the last time I had work done by this company (07/28/12). I first met this company because I bought an Angie's List coupon. This time, there was so much work I wanted done I simply called and asked for the quote. I was very pleased.

Custom Home Builders questions, answered by experts

Building a house without blueprints is not advised. It will prevent you from obtaining necessary building permits and meeting building codes and is likely to result in shoddy construction and unsafe living conditions. Detailed blueprints ensure that a house is built to exact specifications and is constructed safely and structurally stable.

How long it takes to build a custom home or rebuild a home after a disaster varies depending on many factors, but averages between seven and 14 months. Smaller homes or homes that don’t need a re-poured foundation may take less time to build than larger homes or homes without an existing foundation. Material availability, contractor schedules, and permit and inspection timelines can all affect how long your house takes to build.

If you want to make your home eco-friendly, enjoy low maintenance, and love the fact that its looks will take people’s breath away (and not because they were trying to blow your house down), then a modern brick home is right for you. You can hire a mason to get the building process started for your brick home.

But if you’re not fond of the color and don’t want to deal with the process of repointing or other repairs, consider going with vinyl or wood. These materials offer a lower cost. While they tend to require more maintenance, they don’t cost nearly the same as exterior brick house repair.

Modular homes can be a great investment, especially for those who find the prices of stick-built real estate too high. Modular homes are usually much more affordable because they’re mass-manufactured and then assembled on-site or delivered mostly assembled. If they’re installed properly and by professionals, they can last for between 50 and 100 years, potentially making them an outstanding investment.

The early stages of building a house are harder than the later stages; laying the foundation and framing the house are two of the most challenging steps. However, it varies for everyone. Some people have difficulty installing HVAC, plumbing, and electricity, while others find it harder to plan the house and secure the necessary permits.
