John and Tyler were great - very communicative, punctual, and finished on schedule. I had several estimates and John is was fair and competitive, especially compared to larger companies giving loose estimates with a hard sales pitch. I'm very happy with the quality of work and final result, and have already recommended them to several neighbors. I'll definitely be reaching out to them next year for a bigger project on my list.

John & Team designed and built a new bathroom in my basement. This included ripping up the floor, doing all the plumbing and electrical work. The price was very good and fitted the project in to his schedule very quickly. They kept the work area clean and tidy. All the team were excellent to work with and I would hire them again to do future project.

I hired them to remodel my atrium. Removed an in ground jacuzzi & motor, filled it in, cemented it over, put a new floor down, built a custom sliding barn door, stained & hung pipe shelving for it and more. John & Tyler were trust worthy and flexible and delivered as promised. I gave them access to home without being there. I have referred them to friends & family. They were respectful and timely. Quality of work was very good! Timely responses by call or text as well. I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

We were very concerned about the mess and the dust from finishing a basement, we were shocked by the cleanliness and never felt that there was construction going on downstairs. As far as pricing, he is very transparent and clear and his estimate came lower than the major basement remodeling companies with as great if not better results. I am sure I will hire him again for any future project and I already recommended him to all friends who saw the basement.

They consistently showed up on time and were very respectful when coming into our home. John listened to our requests, but also offered some great suggestions as well. The quality of work was great. The custom features that they did are definite show pieces. We are very happy with the results.

Over all very satisfied. There was a little touch up work with some painting. After the semi final walk through everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate the communication that always happened. I would hire again.
