Best home inspectors near Lyons, MI

"Immediate response and scheduling. Worked with ours and the sellers schedule for a purchase home inspection. On time and professional. Very thorough inspection and detailed report delivered within 1 day. Clear photos and lots of good “FYI” details in the report. Highly recommend!"

"Steve and Jim did a great job with the original inspection and consultation. Made everything very easy to understand. Also, informed me of various options I needed. Lisa in the office was very friendly and polite when setting up the appointment for installation. Greg and Mike did an awesome job on the installation. Came right on time and were very open in communication on what they were doing. They also cleaned up well when done. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone. I really appreciate all the work they did on my home. Dave"

"I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided by CERI for the mold remediation in my home. Finding mold in our home felt like an absolute nightmare, and I was so grateful I found this team. From my very first phone call, the entire process was seamless. The initial inspection was incredibly thorough, and they patiently walked me through the entire remediation plan, addressing all my concerns with professionalism and expertise. There were no scare tactics, just honest evaluation and clear communication. When the crew, led by Scott and Travis, arrived, they were punctual, courteous, and ready to work. They took meticulous safety measures to contain the spores and protect the rest of my family and home. I was impressed by their attention to detail; they even showed me pictures of the progress daily and ensured the work areas were spotless after completion. The results are truly remarkable. A year later, the affected areas are still mold-free, and the air quality is great now."

"Josh and Kyle came out to inspect a leak in my roof. They were very honest with me and looked through my old contract from the past company who did the roof and told me that it was still under warranty. They found the issue, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and pointed me in the right direction! Would highly recommend them for their honesty and professionalism!"

"While Steven had a last minute reschedule in order to perform his inspection, he was very courteous in his communication prior to, during, and after the appointment. His insight and expertise gave us the assurance we needed to know what we'll need and when with our roof."

"Want to go on record to say that service was excellent from initial contact and a thorough timely evaluation and appraisal with supporting documentation. I found the work to be very professional and was done in an expedient fashion. Company was very transparent in pricing and I found their actual pricepoint to be more than fair for the final rendered report. That said, I would gladly use this company again if I had the need."

"Leaf Pros was on time and very courteous. My elderly mom was home when they came and they were polite and considerate with her. They did a great job cleaning up behind my garage and I'm grateful for their help. I would absolutely hire them again! Great local company."

"Was amazing about getting my house both tested for lead paint and then having the lead paint encapsulated on the exterior of my home. I had to have the exterior of my home repainted before a certain date as a requirement for my FHA loan and they got it done as soon as the weather permitted."

"They were on time, they had to dig a hole in the basement floor and dig a communication with another drain as well. They covered carpet and sealed off the wrk area for dust during the jackhammering. They dug a trench through the front yard for the drain system and put everything back, you can barely tell what happened. Cleaned up, everyone was nice and professional. Very pleased."
