"These guys make you pay $200 before they will even talk to you. Then they make you pay 20% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT . Then as things move along, they will inform you of certain things, like making a diagram of the area that they say, needs to be detailed and you can do it yourself, but they will not give you any assistance of what the county needs. So, they offer to do it for you for $500. Makes it sound like its difficult. I paid them the NON REFUNDABLE $500 and they sent me the diagram to approve before sending it to the county. Its a Google Map view with a few different shading areas and a few numbers on it. Probably too about 10 minutes to make. Then, after all is said and done, they want the balance paid upon the arrival of the one person that will dig the pond before he even starts. I changed my mind because it was taking way too long and the permits are just crazy. They know people change their minds. Thats why the make you pay up front all the NON REFUNDABLE money. "purchased a home with a pool & was given the pool size etc. I took several pictures of my pool & equipment & brought the pool documents even who sold the pool to Macksood's, I was assisted by Nick (the salesman)whom I expressed too that I have a pool & don't know the size but I need to replace the liner. Nick reviewed my folder & pictures the stated he knew which pool liner I needed & that it was 18ft & $299.99. Once pool seasons opens I proceed to instal l the liner & see that it is in fact too big. I proceed to return it & a different sales man, tells me I can't return it because its out of the box. I have the liner with no defects, the box & the receipt, which only states all returns must be accompanied by this receipt. Nowhere in the store or my receipt does it say I cant return the item if the box is open. Well how would I know it was too big if I didnt open it. He then says Nick shouldn't have determined my size based on the pictures but instead asked me to measure my pool then return. With that alone I feel taken advantage of as a female. No resolution was tried to be made such as an exchange or refund. No poilcy was told to me when I purchased the liner If it wasnt correct than I cant return it. $318 dollars for nothing. He told to return next week when Nick is back. My kids cant swim & Im out of the money. Terrible customer service!!!!If I was told prior to purchasing that I should measure it I wouldve brought some measuring tape & done that but he was so confident that this was the correct one. & he was wrong. Completely unsatisfied"
