They apparently serve a large area, so timeliness in arrival was not always their strong suit. They were very honest about the amount billed per visit. My account included the next door neighbor's driveway as well. If one property or the other was already cleared by the time they got here, we were invoiced accordingly. I don't know of too many other contractors who would be inclined to be quite that honest about it! However, their invoicing practices suck, and after all, invoicing IS a major part of their total service package. This area of their service could stand to have a major, if not a complete makeover!"
