They were responsive when I needed to communicate (Jeff always took my calls), they cleaned up reasonably well (I'm still finding some nails), and the quality of work was terrific. They were meticulous and was always willing to accommodate our requests on certain areas, like the oven vent or house wrap, and the installers clearly want to do high-quality work. A small complaint would be that I wasn't always sure if they were coming on a particular day. But overall I am very satisfied and would hire them again.

Bill's team did an excellent job rebuilding the chimney. The new chimney looks great. It was a difficult job because the it goes through two sections of the roof, but they finished on time. They even patched up a few other spots around the house. Their attention to little details, like taking care to protect nearby windows and the patio when applying a final water sealant, shows they care about their work. They showed up each day on time, very professional in their conduct, and cleaned up everything before they left. I would definitely hire them again.

I always heard horror stories of hiring painters and the cost. My sister in law recently sold her house and they wanted $10,000 to repaint! So when we needed to repaint 9 rooms in our new house I was expecting to have to pick and choose what rooms were going to be professionally done to save on money. Boy, was I wrong. Not only was WOW wonderful, but UNDER my budget (and it wasn't anywhere near 10,000!). Jason came out and took measurements of the rooms. He was very nice, professional, friendly and helpful. He even gave me tips on how to handle wallpaper in this one bedroom because I wasnt sure if they would cover it (I took his advice and the room came out great). He came out Monday and I told him deadline was Friday because movers came Saturday. They were done by Wednesday! They painted the whole first floor with 4 rooms (including a great room and ceiling), 2 hallways, 2 stairs and a full basement. The crew that came out with Zack knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. I will be using WOW again for any painting needs!

I needed a handyman and contacted Marc Arel Services. I couldn't have been happier with that decision! Marc found every possible way to save me money by doing thorough research the day before — and on his own time. By doing so he found a few problems. But he managed to resolve the situation and ultimately prevented what would have otherwise been an expensive disaster for me. Marc saved me money, and the entire job was completed without a hitch thanks to his thoroughness. Marc seems to be a very intelligent man who truly cares about people. I don't believe he would ever try to gouge anybody - he makes sure he does the job right the first time. If I ever need to hire another handyman in the future, I will most certainly call Marc Arel Services first.
