"They made my bathroom easier and safe for me. "From my initial meeting with Jake Evink for an estimate, I felt comfortable. He listened to my assessment of the problem as he did his own assessment. We discussed the addition of attic insulation and the installation of a roof mounted TV antennae with coaxial cable as well. I asked that his estimate be broken into parts so I could choose all or portions of work. I chose the vent, soffit vents, antennae installation, and accepted his suggestion of moving a bath vent to a soffit location. The work was accomplished in a professional as well as friendly manner and at a fair price. We are continuing a discussion about attic insulation removal, elevating an area of attic floor used for storage, and replacing all insulation. This company will work with you and I highly recommend them."

"Had the best price we found. House is a ranch style with hip roof, so lots of surface. We hoped to get it done before winter, but weather did not cooperate until spring. Once started, all went quickly. They did a great job cleaning up every day. Cost a little more than estimated due to needing to replace more damaged plywood, but not unexpected. Result looks good. Owner did touch-ups himself and sealed some cracked chimney mortar."

How you hang the drywall can affect the finishing process. It's often easier to finish horizontal drywall panels, as the seams run across the wall rather than up and down. Standard drywall panels are 48 inches wide, so the seam is easy to reach without bending down or stretching your arms.
