Installed shiplap on one wall and trimmed out doors and windows in addition to the original job he was hired for. Very thorough in clean up as well! "I had them put in additional insulation & spray foam insulation. They were on time 9:00am and completed everything by 12:00 They also cleaned up the garage taking care of the insulation. They were great to work with as they knew what they were doing, I'm happy with the results!! Very professional and great to work with!!"

"Literally a truckload of dirt and old insulation was removed from a crawlspace under a town house. Openings in the foundation were sealed or covered, the floor was swept clean and the crawlspace walls sprayed with insulating foam. 2-day job in tough conditions and with limited city parking, professionally and efficiently executed, indeed resulting in a perfect crawlspace. Top marks. Thanks to Greg, Jim, and the crew.

"I had tried installing a new French Patio Door and could not get it to close. I called Swans based on the reviews here. He scheduled an appointment and came down and quickly determined the issue. He took the time to explain why I was having trouble and how he had two options to correct it. He had the door installed within about a couple hours and did not even charge me the full estimated cost of 250. He offered to do the rest of the install work (foam insulation, reattach brick mould, etc) but I enjoy that stuff. I will definitely keep him in mind when I have another project I need help on or someone to do for me
