They cut out my cabinet and added brackets to make the countertop level for the dishwasher. Before he left, he even explained how to use this new dishwasher. American Home Shield stated that the service charge would be $75.00 the same as I paid when the previous garbage disposal was replaced under my American Home Shield contract. This time the contractor said there would be an additional charge of $67.00 because pipes had to be rerouted or the warranty would be void. The previous contractor had no such charge and did not reroute the pipes. I feel like Total Air Care - Polar Plumbing is ripping me off."
