"It went great! There was no dishwasher in my home before so I had to have the cabinet cut out as well as electric and plumbing put in place. Cody was amazing. When he came out to do the estimate, he clearly explained everything to me. When he came back to actually do the install, everything went smoothly. When the electrician came out, he has questions about the install. I was able to call and let him speak with Cody so they were able to make the best decision together. They cut out my cabinet and added brackets to make the countertop level for the dishwasher. Before he left, he even explained how to use this new dishwasher. "Matt nicely completed a difficult project at our house - a shower to tub conversion that required moving a wall into an area that required specific creative framing to maintain code and appearance.  We had a couple others quote the job and propose solutions to our problem and we chose Matt because of his 1. Excellent AL reviews 2. Prompt, thorough and open communication through the estimation process and 3.  Confident background in framing.
Matt moved the wall, installed the tub, created a dramatic elliptical arch over the new tub alcove and tiled and painted.  Through the whole process he had excellent communication with us.  We had him estimate two other projects in our house before he left as we will hire him again this spring.
The only thing we wish went better was the length of time to start the project.  Let me be very clear here, Matt met the timeline expectations we had agreed on before starting.  It's like eating out at a good restaurant, you have to wait for a table (and if you didn't have to wait you might not be at a good restaurant).  It was about 2 months between estimation and start.
Definitely worth the wait as we'll be hiring him again!

"Actual installation took 1 day, but estimate, scheduling and final payment took almost 2 months. Gutter guards could not be installed as per factory instructions because of problems with existing drip rail, but were installed with modifications. New gutters tended to overflow where roof valley met gutter, but this was corrected later with the addition of valley splash shields. One unpleasant surprise was the subcontracting of gutter installation by a local company that we had had previous dealing with, who argued with us about desired modifications. However, Scott was very involved, and resolved all issues, including adjusting the price based on and quot;pain and sufferingand quot;. Scott was excellent and receptive to what we had to say, as well as being easy to get along with.
