Then they became later and later past the appointment time. That wouldn't be such a big deal if they called me to let me know, but they did not. Then something happened about five weeks ago, they never showed. After an hour and a half late, I texted the owner, no response. I called the owner's cellphone and the office number and left messages with no response. I still never received a response. I honestly don't know if they are still in business. It seems that somebody would have called. I'm actually worried that something bad has happened. If not, this is extremely unprofessional."
