"I reached out on Wednesday to book standard cleaning service for Friday, April 25 at 9am. I spoke with someone on Thursday morning to confirm. I was told that I would get an email confirmation with the booking info and paperwork. Not long after booking, I contacted them back to change the time to 2pm on Friday, April 25 and let them know that I had not received the email confirmation from the first time I called. I spoke with Mark. He confirmed my email again and said it would be on the way. He also confirmed that my appointment had been changed to 2pm. I called back twice regarding not receiving the email and confirmed my appointment time since I had not received anything. On Friday, April 25 in the morning, I still had not received anything and called again. I spoke with Nicole. The AI system and Nicole stated that my appointment was listed as 1pm. After a high level of frustration at this point I explained to her the entire situation and confirmed 2pm once again. My email address was still incorrect and she stated that she would change it and confirm my appointment for 2pm that day. I finally received the paperwork around 11am and signed it. At 2:15pm on Friday, April 25 I called back as I had not heard from anyone or seen anyone at my home for the service. I was told by Nicole that the person assigned was not available at 2pm. My question, why didn't anyone call me earlier to tell me so. Why was it 2:15pm and no one had called me to tell me that my work would not be done? Why was I booked on Thursday for 2pm if no one was available? The level of service at this company is deplorable!! They rely on AI and even the representatives in the office can't get a simple scheduling task completed. I wasted an entire day as I could have booked someone else that was actually available. A manager called me back (I don't remember his name) and asked if someone could come at 4pm or the next day. He said he would SEE if someone could come at that time, which means he was not sure if he would have anyone. After all of this I don't have any trust in the company that they would do the job that I needed them to do. I canceled immediately!!!!"

I started cleaning back in 2014 while I was living in Missouri, when my ex husband got out of the military I found a cleaning job in battle creek working for merry Maid. I worked there for about 2 years before they shut their doors shortly after I started working at molly maid in kalamazoo. I worked there for 4 years until I lost a very special customer who I adored completely I took a break, and started working for a factory. Almost 2 years later I'm ready to get back to doing what I love to do. I'm a very caring and understanding person I love to help out in every way I can and cleaning seems to be my call point. I'm very detailed I try to use as many natural based cleaners as I can (currently making my own for my own home.) I will rotate rooms upon request for a deep clean each visit. Animals do not bother me at all I have my own mini farm. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I do have children 1 son and beautiful bonus daughter and another daughter who is currently on her way. I am always determined to make sure you have the best experience you can get and very open to criticism. If I have any concerns I do reach out to you personally to better help the both of us get what needs to be done finished.
