"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."

  • He came in, surveyed the area, asked multiple questions pertaining to the problem. 
  • He then pre-treated the carpet  and raked the product in thoroughly. 
  • Then he allowed it to sit for 10 minutes before doing the actual cleaning.
  •  You would have thought that he was cleaning a room twice as big as it was based upon the time he then took to clean. 
  • When he was done the carpet felt damp, not wet. 
  • The pile had all been carefully raked in the same direction.
  • He asked if I had a fan and recommended we use it to complete the process before using the room again. 
  • Three weeks before Shawn cleaned this carpet, it had been cleaned by another professional service. 
  • They spent 1/4 of the time and when they left, the odor was still there and the pile had not been raked. 
  • There was no question that Shawn had done a fantastic job, 
  • I would never call anyone else to clean my carpet.

"Actually I was a little nervous about using Johnson's, but once I talked to Mr Johnson and he reassured me of his work, I decided to give him a try and I am glad I did. He did a very good job on my sofa and love seat. The color is a off white and I had never had it cleaned before. By the time he had finished, it looked like new again. I am very pleased with his worked. Thank you very much for recommending him to me."
