We are a husband-and-wife team of RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS with over 20 years of experience in Southeast Michigan. By law, appraisers are not allowed to give estimates of property value without a legal appraisal report. The process involves seeing the property, doing an analysis, and typing the report. Reports are typically completed within two days of seeing the property. Our fee for reports is dependent on the complexity of the property. You can hire us for private appraisals for estates, divorce, tax challenges, and values to assist with buying and selling properties. Appraisals for mortgages must go through your mortgage company. We do not do commercial real estate. We focus on quality appraisals delivered in a timely fashion.

"Extreme lack of responsiveness and organization. I struggled to get statements on time or at all. Several communications I sent didn't get a response until I followed up several days later. I even went as far as to ask for faster replies which made no difference. As a customer I do not feel like I matter at all to them. Literally some of the worst service I've ever received. I would not recommend, look elsewhere if you expect even average business standards."

The purpose of the home appraisal determines which party pays for it.
