"Ken came through for me in a clutch moment, I'm in the middle of fighting a tax hike on my property and had an up coming board meeting which I wanted an appraisal for.ken actually squeezed me in,called on Friday,he came out Saturday,had the appraisal back Sunday and was ready for my board meeting Monday! While your lender will likely recommend an appraiser, you can also hire a professional home appraiser on your own. Choose someone who is experienced in your type of residential property, and ensure they hold all of the necessary credentials that your state or region requires.
