"Thank you for kind comments. Good luck to you Kristin"
"We are disappointed in your view of our company. Your home was difficult valuation. The township described your home a brick ranch and not 1.5 story brick bungalow. The square footage as noted by your township was way off. Your Pole Barn was actually a 3 car attached garage added to your existing 2 car garage. We revised the appraisal to correct the items. We are sorry and good luck to you."
