Extreme lack of responsiveness and organization. I struggled to get statements on time or at all. Several communications I sent didn't get a response until I followed up several days later. I even went as far as to ask for faster replies which made no difference. As a customer I do not feel like I matter at all to them. Literally some of the worst service I've ever received. I would not recommend, look elsewhere if you expect even average business standards.
